In between chasing targets and earning profit there are times when we try to escape such monotony and find some ways to enjoy with our associates.
This time Lumax chose Sweden and Helsinki, Finland for a 5 days trip from 2nd to 7th Oct. with its Top 20 High Performing Channel Partners from across the country along with their spouse. It was leisure cum interaction trip with Lumax CEO, Mr. Vineet Sahni along with Corporate Purchase Head, Mr. Atul Jain, joining the aftermarket team of EVP Mr. Sanjay Bhagat, Business Development & Marketing Head - Mr. Amit S. Makhija & Sales Head Mr. Rakesh Arora, accompanied the channel partners.
On 2nd Oct 2017, they reached Helsinki and started the journey from exploring the scenic Tallinn, to roam around the classic Stockholm, to get fascinated with island of Södermalm and experiencing the overnight cruise to Stockholm from Helsinki.
A sightseeing tour of Tallin and Helsinki City included churches, square, Modern Finlandia Hall, City Hall, Parliament House, the Presidential Palace, the monumental railroad station, Olympic Stadium and many other local attractions
This trip was all about strengthening alliance and strategizing the future road map of Lumax with its channel partners.
On final day there was a conference & gala dinner organized, where Lumax shared the development plan for next six months & reviewed the performance for the first half. Channel Partners also shared their feedback & improvement points were highlighted. Post the conference, everyone enjoyed the Bollywood Music & Indian cuisine and recollected memories of the trip.
